Heidi has been looking after Arlo since we got him at 8 weeks old and has been essential in his development, welfare and training. Heidi has been accommodating at every opportunity and we rely on her a lot – Arlo loves his visits and we often get picture updates of what he’s been up to and the friends he’s made. I would absolutely recommend Heidi to anyone who is looking for a dog carer
Coco

After an extensive search on Google, we asked Heidi for help with our 2 months’ old Shiba Inu in September last year. My husband and I are both working and have different arrangements each week, so we needed someone reliable and flexible that could help us with the young pup during daytime.
It was love at first sight between Heidi and Coco: she has been helping us since then and Coco loves her. Heidi is super reliable, always comes to our rescue when we need her to walk Coco around (even on a short notice), keeping her busy with long walks, sniffing sessions and quality playtime. I can tell Coco never gets bored after a day spent with Heidi from her “exhausted but happy” face in the evening when I come home.
Heidi is an all-rounder passionate professional that keeps herself constantly updated, she uses positive reinforcement and is always available to provide insight/suggestions if asked. I am glad that we chose her last year: I strongly recommend Caversham Dogs for the high quality service provided for such a reasonable price.
Millie

Heidi has been an absolute godsend! My previous walker was unable to walk Millie any longer and I have to say I was a bit concerned Millie wouldn’t take to a new face. I needn’t have worried! From the minute she met Millie, they were best buddies and snuggled like they’d known each other for years. Millie gets fabulous varied walks every day and is always happy and tired when I get home from work. Millie adores Heidi and I am thrilled to have found her! Would highly recommend Heidi – she is kind, caring and very understanding of Millie’s little ‘foibles’

We’ve used Caversham dogs for about a year now and couldn’t fault them. Heidi really genuinely cares about Phoebe and always puts her first. She’s super flexible and understanding of our busy lives and even puts up with Phoebe’s little ‘quirks’ and ‘moods’! I really don’t worry about Phoebe when she’s with Heidi, which is all I can really ask for.

It’s really good to have dog walker who really understand your breed of dog. Heidi understands collies and their needs so I was pleased that she could help me out with Millie at short notice as half term is a difficult time.
Millie had a lovely walk judging by the photos I received from Heidi and was included as part of the family for an overnight stay. I would recommend Heidi as a calm trustworthy and caring dog walker.

I found Heidi purely by chance on the internet and I’m so glad I did!!
This was the first time we have ever left our 6 year old Ralph with anyone, but due to our holiday and our family’s prior arrangements it had to be done for 4 days and 3 nights. We were so nervous and really didn’t know what to expect but Heidi was extremely accommodating and sooo professional! She came to our home to meet Ralph before agreeing to anything, we walked and then he had an overnight stay.
Heidi’s attention to our dogs feelings were faultless. For his stay she made sure she came and collected him to prevent any unwanted stress and we had a very open discussion following his overnight stay.
Heidi is super professional, communicates throughout and I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Heidi’s approach is truly professional and the individual care and attention Heidi has given to Oscar is exceptional.
Heidi adopts a calm and structured approach to her time with Oscar and really gets to know the behaviour of the individual dog. The pictures and video clips from her walks are lovely to see and clearly show how much Oscar is enjoying himself.
Oscar is a young, large, powerful dog and I have complete confidence that he is safe and well looked after while in Heidi’s care.
